[Veritas-bu] Tape Loader Not Connecting

It seems that my tapeloader (Dell Powervault 124T) has become “disconnected” from my backup server. I deleted it from NBU and re-configured it using the Wizard, but I still get failures when try to manually start a tape backup. I checked the back of the server and there is an amber light on the Perc 6e SAS card I am using. There are two channels on the card and the other channel is connecting a disk-array to the server, for additional storage, but that side is green. Drivers and firmware seem to be up to date. Any thoughts?
