Hi,

Yes I have had problems with it in the past, this is what I used to fix 
the issue:

mv openv/netbackup/nblog.conf openv/netbackup/nblog.conf.corrupt
cp nblog.conf.template openv/netbackup/nblog.conf

(sometimes this file can get corrupted)

& then restart netbackup
