1. You might want to check the bmrsavecfg (OID 121) log on the failing
client to see if there are any issues listed there and the BMR Master
Server Log (OID 119) as well.
2. Are there any additional messages that appear in the job details?

Does anyone can help on the following issue?
 I found some Symantec docs on Knowledge base but it seems no one feet 
my problem.

Upgrade whole environment from NBU 6.5.3 to 6.5.4 and have problems on 
several clients Windows 2003 (other clients in policy are OK)
