First inventory the robot so NB knos it is not in the library
Then expire the tape (all images on the tape) so it no longer has an assigned
time
Then you can delete the tape

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Deleting a tape entry from Netbackup
Hi All,
Can anyone help me out in the below issue?
There was a tape which was stuck in one of the drives, the tape was removed
from the robot by hand and so i need to update the netbackup as NB still thinks
that the tape is there in the Robot, but the tape is actually taken out and so
need to loaded again, once the entry has been deleted, then tehtape can be
loaded without issues.
I cannot delete the tape from NB console as it gives an error: Cannot delete
assigned volume (92).
Is there any command i need to use so i can delete the tape from the ACSLS
server.
