Just wondering if anyone's run into this one…
I've upgraded the master to 6.5.4 to bypass a HP patch problem on some clients. I've attempted to upgrade the NOM server to 6.5.4, but it'll hang about 3/4 of the way through the process, and then rolls back stating that it can't finish the upgrade.
Looks like the hang occurs while it's trying to upgrade the 'database'; here are some lines from the install log:
07-29-2009,10:10:52 : Action 10:10:52: UpdateNOMJREUpgradeChanges.
07-29-2009,10:10:53 : Action 10:10:53: UpdateNOMAdminScript.

07-29-2009,10:10:54 : Action 10:10:54: UpdateNOMDatabase. Updating database, please be patient this might take several minutes....

07-29-2009,10:20:11 : Action ended 10:20:11: InstallFinalize. Return value 3.
07-29-2009,10:20:13 : Action 10:20:13: Rollback. Rolling back action:
07-29-2009,10:20:13 : Registering fonts
07-29-2009,10:20:14 : Updating database, please be patient this might take several minutes....
07-29-2009,10:20:15 : NOMCleanup
Has anyone seen this?
Thanks,
Dan K
