I'm not too clear what the problem is, but if you are having problems installing the client at all, I would verify that whatever the client is is a supported OS/platform (look at the OS Compatibility Matrix) and that you are at or above any required patch levels (Release Notes).

I have tried to push to these servers ...tried to install locally.  Nothing.  Also... I have pushed to 2000 clients , I just haven't upgraded these because It wasn't urgent to upgrade the client...  I went through every step with all the other servers just not these.
