Not sure if this has been mentioned, as I lost my emails, but what is
the Max Job Settings set for? 
Got the Hosts on the left pane of the window, then expand your Master,
then double click the Master Server.

Under Global Attributes, what is the "Maximum Jobs per client" set for ?

Yes, max drives is set at 10. max streams is set at 10.

Are your jobs of the same type, e.g., Filesystem? 

All are Windows.  

I do not know of any changes that have been made.  I was not having this
issue before.  I appreciate everyone's input.
