Yes we are using 6.5.3 and no we didn't need to enter a key on the client but
purchased the NB client license to ensure all our licensing obligations were
met

But during the client installation the Exchange Agent (at least in 6.5.3)
did not require keys of any sort, did you use 6.5.3 and/or did it require
you to enter a license key on the client? It may also depend if you are
using the Enterprise Client..?
