Hi!

We have one master server and 4 media servers.
Master server and two of the media servers are 6.5.3 and other two media 
servers are 5.0.5

We use lto4 tapes to take backup through those two media servers that are 6.5.3 
and lto2 tapes for other two.

Yesterday on one of our media servers (5.0) ,we faced aproblem.
There were enough scratch tapes in the library but still the backups were 
getting failed with error code 96.

When we tried to trouble shoot it...Nothing works.
At last we changed the volume pool and started the backups and they run .

But we use only one volume pool for all other policies but if we choose the 
same pool for the policies that get backed up with our media server which is 
showing the error ,the backups failed with 96.
Looking for a solution
