Hello Jim,
We have fixed the issue. The issue was, we were choosing the
Oracle Authentication when we were creating new template, and we were typing
the Service Name wrongly. Because we had to do this without DBAL
Anyway after we typed the TRUE Service name, this issue has been gone.
Many thanks for your concern.

Servet,
I have seen this
same error several times. I have found that it is usually caused by
the reverse DNS entry
missing. Generally the forward DNS record is present but not the reverse.
To check this, make
sure you can ping the master and media servers from the client and that you can
do both forward and reverse lookups between the client and the master and media
servers.
You can also try a
user type of backup on the client and make sure that it works.
