There is a known bug with older version of netbackup where once it compresses 
the image information, you have to manually uncompress it. That can also cause 
the issue - but in that case when you use the GUI BAR, you select the client 
and search you actually see the backup in the list of completed backups, but 
when you try to review them it indicates no data there.

I would suggest searching your catalog for that client for that time period and 
see if you see your backups. That would confirm that they ran and are not 
expired.

Also - check the retention - most people only keep backups for a select time, 
your backups may have already expired...
