I have had to do this a bunch when I changed servers.
Bpexpdate -m <mediaid> -d 0 -host <masterserver> -justimage
Vmquery -deassignbyid <mediaid> <pool#> 0

If this is a normal "hot catalog backup", then you should be able to
expire the tape like you would for a normal backup.
bpexpdate -d 0 -m <volume>
In 4.5, you only did cold catalog backups. Those volumes weren't
tracked by the netbackup side and had to be relabeled manually.
