This isn't just in 6.5.2 - we saw it in earlier releases too. If the master server runs low on memory, it will fail those processes with a status 150. Whether that's a bug can be debated, but sometimes your choice is to fail the jobs or fail the system. Both can be considered sub-optimal behavior.
