[Veritas-bu] recycle netbackup services

Hello All,
We have one Master server,
shared by netbackup and Oracle DBA. Root password for the server is shared
by both the team member. Someone from the other team has recycled the master
server services , Is there any command or logs using which i can know ,
who has recycled the services.
