Assuming you have NetBackup 6.5 installation DVDs and BMR Master server is 
initialized(by running bmrsetupmaster after NetBackup installation) on your 
Windows box.

On DVD4, the dir vADD/NBBMR_boot contains the BMR Master and Boot server 
packages for Unix platforms.
For installing BMR Boot Server, while running install script from the topmost 
directory, select '1 Addon options' and then select "Bare Metal Restore Boot 
Server"
