You need to install the base level(or 60mp4) encryption from the uoptions cd 
(on the master only). Then apply the encryption patch (on the master).

Then push the encryption to the client using 
"bpinst -ENCRYPTION -force_install clientname".

Then you need to add a key to the client using
"bpkeyutil -client clientname" which will prompt you for input.
