Does anybody happen to have a NetBackup configuration questionnaire that they might give to a customer to fill out? Questions would be things like volume pools, retention periods and such. The kinds of things you would need to know to configure a brand new NetBackup environment.

I can put one together, but I’m kind of pressed for time. If someone has something I can use as a jumping off point that they can send to me I would greatly appreciate it.
