Change the frequency to 5 days. This ensures that the backups will start at
the beginning of the window.

i receive reports to see if certain jobs are skipped/missed.  jobs that were
supposed to run but don't.  And for the past couple of weeks, it seems like
netbackup keeps skipping weekly full backup schedules (random ones too).
these schedules are frequency-based and set for "weekly".  the backup window
is pretty big but even if the window closed, shouldn't the job kick off and
error out?  

i'm running 6.0 mp5 on Win 2003.
