Good Morning Steve,
After adding the new tape drives did you run the procedure to
reinstall the netbackup sg driver as written up in the MediaMgr_DeviceConfig_Guide.txt
file in the /usr/openv/volmgr directory?
If you following this procedure the devices should show up in
the sgscan output

Having
a heck of a time getting my new Solaris 9 Media server to see tape. The setup
is an L700 with 4 LTO 3 drives with a Decru Appliance in the path. Just spent 2
hours on the phone with Symantec support and got nowhere. Any one have any
suggestions or tips …..?????
