Thanks to all and particulary to Christopher Jay Manders and Veritas-bu
with the command bpdir, bpgp and ( bpgetconfig for windows ) this perl script copy the bp.conf and all exclude_lists located on the clients to the master server in the /FILES directory.
The copy on the master server allows to analyze more simply all files

I have created a _vbscript_ that works on windows. It updates
the registry of every windows machine with a common exclude list. If you
would like it I can pass it along.
