According to http://ftp.support.veritas.com/pub/support/products/NetBackup_Enterprise_Server/278064.pdf, Tru64 5.1B-X on Alpha is supported for a client and server. If you're at that release for Tru64, contact Symantec support.

File /usr/openv/tmp/install_trace.464407 contains a trace of this install.
That file can be deleted after you are sure the install was successful.
