Simon,
Have you set up netbackup to use vnet for the connection, and
have you opened the firewall ports for the connection which are greater for
master-to-media server then for master/media to client.
I am not sure about NBU 5.1, but NBU 6 has a small booklet with
all the ports defined.

Media Server that was on the LAN, is now in a Perimiter Network and has been
given a new IP address.
NBU
Master now having issues communicating with this Server. Does anyone know the
process to follow to ensure:
1)
Master can see Media Server
2)
The IP of Media Server has changed, and the impact this will now have.
Last
time I had a problem like this, my environment was destroyed ! Don't want the
same problems again.
