Both should work in 4.5, but after 4.5
only bppllist will work. The -U will give a nice readable output.
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bppllist
-allpolicies -U
or
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpcllist
-allpolicies -U

Do anybody know how to create a text file from my polices stored in the
DB for NetBackup 4.5. We are migrating to 6.5
