I'm happy to report that although the upgrade (for us) from 5.1 to 6.0MP3 was extremely painful, the upgrade from 6.0MP5 to 6.5.1 was relatively harmless.
The biggest issue we're fighting is getting current versions of all of our licenses. Although the old ones work, they won't let you do stuff like play with BMR - it's no free, but you need to get a current license installed first.
