Yes, but you can specify whatever you want the "catalog backup" to
actually backup.

If you've only got "/tmp" listed, it isn't going to help much.

At the very least you want the defaults ( /usr/openv/netbackup/db and
/usr/openv/volmgr/database )and any other dirs you think may be useful
to you in a recovery. (your latest DR documentation, license keys,
whatever's important to you)
