information exists in vxdbms.conf from staging directory: /usr/openv/db/staging

Our master server is in a clustered environment which requires that the
fielsystem with the catalog be on a filesystem mountable on all nodes in the
cluster.

The fix was to delete the directory /usr/openv/db/staging and replace it with a
symbolic link that points to /opt/VRTSnbu/db/staging. After that the database
could be recovered
