why netbackup does not take already available tape from the scratch pool.
or why it takes only the only one (who was just adding) when netbackup
get the errro 96.
that would mean that Netbackup does not see available tape from scratch
pool through NDMP backup.
only on NDMP devices backup, customer see status 96 in time of full
backup or incremental.
to make continue the backup then customer add a new tapes in the scratch
pool
then the backup can continue with the adding new tape. and then problem
happens again in loop.
howver there were already available tape in the scratch pool.
