Renee,

Just like any other alternate client restore, change the destination to the alternate client in the Backup Archive and Restore "Destination Clients" tab.

The only other consideration could be with the target names themselves. If the target name for server A is "netware" and the target name for the alternate restore client, server B, is "vol1", you'll need to change the destination target name from "netware" to "vol1" using the radio button option "Restore individual folders and files to different locations" in the Restore Marked Files dialog box.
