Um, Rocky... you're aware that the file extension for VSP files is .tmp, right?

Make sure you virus scan is set to ignore .VSP file.  VSP will be required of W2K servers; whereas, VSS should be used on W2K3.

Has NBU 6.0 or 6.5 fixed the issue with the VSP Cache file becoming locked and not cleaning up after itself? This remains a common problem for me in 5.1 so we try not to use it.
