As far as I am concerned 6.5 is better.  I have had far less issues with
it that I did with any 6.0 MP#.  If you have any reporting software it
will break it.  The licensing has changed in 6.5 it now includes BMR and
a few other changes in whats included or not included.  

If you are going to upgrade I wouold go 6.5 instead of having to do it
twice.  Make sure your support contract is up to date when you do the
upgrade to either one for thoe unforseen gotcha's that can occur.
