...for Oracle errors you read bottom to top. The first error is then:

ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
    VxBSASendData: Failed with error:
    Server Status:  Communication with the server has not been iniatated or the 
server status has not been retrieved from the server.

A NBU side error. Check to see that your bp.conf is setup properly relative to 
name of client versus dns name of client and client_name in bp.conf.
