Tom,

The ntfs errors specify that "the file system structure is corrupt and
unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility...." It's never on all of the
volumes, just 1 or 2 on the server. Again, if I use VSP I don't get the
errors.......but I get loads of snapshot errors, thus VSS is my
preference. I'm hoping the VSS and ntfs hot fixes resolve the issue, but
I wanted to see if anyone else had run into this just in case my patches
don't fix it.

What exactly are the errors?

I will say that we use Flashbackup on Windows extensively and
exclusively with VSS, and have had to install several VSS patches-
especially on clustered systems.  When it's patched and properly
configured, it works like a champ.  We can't survive without it.
