Now I'm jealous!  I still haven't managed to swing this - we
(storage/backup support) still get all these tickets.

I'd like to do this as well.  We've got good reporting on
failures/successes but nothing clever yet that categorises the failures
in terms of "overdueness" or "jeopardy".
