We just saw something sort of opposite.   Vaulting couldn't eject one
tape because it was in use.  Even though it was manually ejected before
the reports ran it was still listed as an exception.

I have seen the same thing on the system(s) that I am running.  (SOL10 -
NBU6.x MP4).  Hope someone can shed some light on this.
