Hello rajkorada

Try to raise the CLIENT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT and CLIENT_READ_TIMEOUT, these is 
DWORD values under \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veritas\Netbackup\..\Config
