MP4 of what version?

When we first installed MP3 (I think), we were bitten by the Policy
Execution Manager crashing.  Engineering binaries ran until MP4 debuted

allegedly code rolled in MP4.  Now, I'm sporadically finding events in
the
System Events that PEM is crashing unexpectedly.  The last one I found
showed it had happened 4 times - event type 7034 from Service Control
Manager.

Anyone else seeing this?  I'm running MP4 on Windows 2k3 SP1.
