Haven't used it but my coworker who is planning for the upgrade from 5.1
said that the DB is Sybase rather than Oracle.

On NBU 6.X the media catalog isn't just a database within Oracle server 
now ?

This is the one that Symantec will have you run to generate a directory
of 
output files, which they will have you ZIP up and send to them and they 
will run the counterpart of this one (which is not included in this 
tarball).

This is the only one that came up when searching for NBCC. This version
says it only runs on NB 5.x servers.
