I'm replicating /usr/openv/netbackup/db/images for DR with 'rsync'.

Consider writing hot catalog backups to a share at
your DR site.  I have been doing this since 6.0 came
out, and I've tested the DR scenario.  There were a
couple of nuances, but the concept worked.
