I have a Win2K3 master, and only 4 policies. I was
just ran 
nbpemreq -predict -date 12/16/2006 5:00:00

And it came up empty, although I have one schedule
that is supposed to to start at 3AM on 16th with a 18
hour window and frequency of 2 days. Then I followed
the tech note from Veritas
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/285529.htm
 and increased the window to go past midnight. Still
no luck. 

Any one experienced this already?
