Netbackup 6.0 MP2, Solaris 8 media server; Solaris 10 Master Server.

I'm trying to duplicate some backup records off of tape to a disk
storage unit.  Tape is SDLT600, scsi attached locally to Media Server 1.
I'm trying to duplicate some oracle archive log backups to a DSSU on
Media Server 2.  My first attempt, I used the Netbackup Java GUI.  Under
Netbackup Management -> Catalog, I can ran a serach, and duplicate
there.  My job failed with Errors 25 and 118 (first couple got error 25,
cannot connect on socket.  Last one got error 118, VxSS authorization
failed.)  I'm not using VxSS.  I didn't have rhosts setup on Media
Server 2, so that the Master Server and Media Server 1 could log onto
Media Server 2.  I then tried again, and my job sat in "Queued" state
for over an hour, where the last one started in 5 minutes.  No other
jobs were running via the Activity Monitor for Media Server 1, or Media
Server 2.  I restarted the Netbackup daemons on Media Server 1 & 2.  No
dice.  Tried restarted daemons on Master Server, Media Server 1 & 2,
restart jobs...nothing.  Duplicate job still stuck in "Queued" state.  

Anyone have any idea as to why this would not move to active?  My tape
drive is not in the DOWN state.   The information I have on my job log
that stay in "Queued" state is :
Begin duplicate
requesting resource dssu
Requesting resource tape
Reserving resourse tape

In the job that went active (but failed) I noticed this line in the job
log:
Resource tape reserved

How do you reserve / unreserve a tape?
