I do not have that robot, but have you recycles the services again?
Also, may be a bit drastic, but what if you remove the robot and drives and
re-run device config wizard?

Any specific errors or messages on the Robotic LCD Display? What about
powering cycling the robot?

Or ROBTEST for example? Just a thought....

Sounds like a misconfigured device or scsi error possibly....

Robot: ACS(0) on backup.domain.com
Operation: Inventory

robot inventory failed: Unable to initialize robot (204)

Anyone know why I cannot inventory the robot? Also I setup the drives per
their acs, lsm, rail, drive configuration and they all appear as AVR.

Anyone else here setup an STK8500 library with ACSLS before?

Justin.
