I could well be wrong, but the SCRATCH pool that you show, appears to "know"
about media, but there does not appear to be any media in the library.
Have you verified there are new or tapes actually available in the robot?
Most appear to be in a FULL state.

ok, so I have tapes in my SCRATCH pool, so then I am trying to make sure
that
media lets say JZ0631 is expired for sure so I run the following command:
bash-2.05# ./bpexpdate -m JZO631 -d 0 Are you SURE you want to delete JZO631
y/n (n)? y requested media id was not found in the EMM database
when I type bpimmedia I get nothing.
bash-2.05# ./bpimmedia -mediaid JZ0631
no entity was found
What am I doing wrong? I cant restart my backups because it does claim I
have no
media, how can I fix this problem?
Thanks for any help. I have support with netbackup so i can call them but I
wanted to see if I could get help from this group first... Thanks again for
any
hints or suggestions.
