Any unusual events reported in the event logs on the Server, giving an

I'm trying to do an AD restore of  2003 server using NB 6.0MP3 using

The restore works fine, i reboot the server and things seem to work for a
while. Then the server seems to loose it's marbles. Active directory seems
to just barf. DNS and Login's no longer work.
