try restoring the entire system32 directory to an alternate path, then
browse the restore for the files.

Just to add, my Windows NT clients ARE working it seems! I can see the
CMD.exe, MSPAINT.exe to name a few!
 
Seems to be Win2k and Win2k3 - I am kind of hoping its a "view" feature that
I am overlooking here!
