My typical (v5.1) Oracle Agent script, in one invocation of RMSN, ...

   1. backs up the Database
   2. backs up Archive redo logs older than a day and deletes them
   3. backs up all (remaining) Archive redo logs
   4. backs up the current control file.

On "quiet" DBs, steps 2 or 3 may result in no archive redo logs selected and
a status code 1 or 6 for the driving NetBackup job.

How do you, short of analyzing the RMAN output, avoid this non-zero status
code?
