*A) Yes and No. Not all catalog information is contained on the Master,
each Media server contains its own MediaDB. However if you lose a Media
server you can use options such as "FORCE_RESTORE_MEDIA_SERVER", bpimage and
bpmedia command to allow you to preform restores with the Media Server down.

2. When I configure the catalog backup, Do I need to configure "catalog
backup" to backup the catalog for all other media server catalog?

*A) It is a recommended practice to backup each Media servers MediaDB also*

3. Is the catalog information in master server enough to do everything? Or
if the media server has gone, Do I need to restore that media server catalog
to anywhere to use that information?

*A) See the answer for 1 above. If you lose a media server and need to
perform a quick restore of a tape that the failed Media server wrote you can
use the methods above to allow this. However if you don't have an immediate
restore then I would recover the Media Server and continue normal
operations. I would recommend that you review the Sys Admin guide, it
contains sections for backing up the catalogs and DR process for Media
servers.
