Thanks! It looks like we are OK for the license side, its just that I was
unsure how everything was to be installed.

Is there an easy method - its unfortunate we have no linux experience here

Not to mention the security implications of sharing the root FS over NFS. 

Call your var / sales dude and get the wheels in motion for licensing, and
get an e-mail or somesuch confirming that you can go ahead and back it up
while waiting for your license to be procesed.... as long as you've got the
request pending, I can't see why they wouldn't give you the go ahead to do
that.

I'm pretty sure the actual key doesn't need to be installed....or if it
does, just request a 30 day temp key to get you going untill your permanenet
key arrives.
