FP6 is an incremental release - you have to start with FP3 which was a full 
release.  After installing FP3, you can jump straight to FP6.

The installation of a Netbackup 4.5 FP6 client fails on a win2K3 server without 
any indication. After launching the setup.exe the installation wizard shows up 
and shortlly after this a window shows up telling that the installation is 
interrupted before the installation could end. 

 

Following are the last lines from the installation log:
