Nope, you won't get "more" than 160, as 160 is the upper limit.

Find a way to get about 200+ MB/s of uncompressed data out of the server
first.

ie, backup to /dev/null (or whatever is available as an empty device in
windoze) and benchmark that.....

When you can consistantly get that, then write the same data to tape.

Keep in mind, this has no bearing on real world.
