FYI:

I was able to restore the C: drive and System_State to the same location(
with overwrite existing files) and the host came back just fine.
I added an additional step to recover the Removable Storage Management
database.


  *C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\bin\W2KUtil -rsm -restore*
